Some of our customers are experiencing WIFI connection issues on their M8N devices after upgrading firmwarePlease firstly check that the device you have is an ‘M8N’ and not the older ‘M8’. Turn your box over and check the sticker underneath for the model number.
Installing M8N firmware onto any other device will render the WIFI useless.
