I left an enquiry yesterday about a problem I was having in not being able to access the page that gives me the xbmc menu ribbon with movies etc. in my efforts to find it I have clicked on factory reset 5 or 6 times and not only have i not been successful but I have managed to lose the Kodi app from the main android homescreen.

Hi I bought the droidplayer quad core in January on Amazon. They have sent me to you with my problem.
The box remains on the droid player splash screen permanently. I have tried to reflash it using your tutorials but nothing happens. Any advice would be very welcome.

Hi Michael, sorry to hear this. Please contact us at support@gostreamer.com and we can look at getting the box sorted for you with a replacement if the advice does not work. I take it you have downloaded version 1.8.8 and extracted the contents of the file onto the root of an SD card?
I tried to follow the steps to update android on my Gostreamer H8 but it didnt work. The screen stays black. How can I install the software again?
